A shocking case has come to light in the country’s capital, Delhi. Here, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) raided the Crime Branch of the Delhi Police. Not only this, CBI also arrested two police officers from here. After all this action, two police officers were suspended.
In reality, this whole matter is related to the bribery complaint. CBI arrested police chief Sanjay Kumar red-handed while accepting bribes. This demanded a bribe for not involving the complainant in a case registered in the Criminal Section of the ANTF.

A bribe of two lakh rupees was demanded.
The accused had demanded a bribe of Rs 2 lakh in return from Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) SI Sanjeev Kumar and ASI Kirori Mal. This action was taken on November 25 based on a CBI complaint. On this basis, a regular case was registered against a sub-inspector (SI) and an assistant sub-inspector (ASI) of Delhi Police.

Both the accused are posted in Anti Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of Police Station, Crime Branch, Daryaganj. It is alleged that accused SI and ASI had demanded a bribe of Rs 2 lakh from the complainant for not implicating him in a false case.
CBI arrested red-handed
CBI laid a trap today and caught the accused police head constable red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 2 lakh from the complainant on behalf of the sub-inspector and assistant sub-inspector. An investigation is underway into this matter.
