What are minimoons?
Minimoons approach Earth in two ways. The first is that an object becomes trapped in the Earth’s gravity and cannot escape for a year or two. It continues to revolve around the earth. Secondly, if the stone appears for a short period of time. It goes around half or one turn of the earth. It lasts from a few days to a few weeks.
