In this incident too, the MP and MLA tried to incite people to riot to demonstrate their supremacy. The MP and MLA spoiled the atmosphere by provoking their followers and caused riots in Sambhal. But the law will take its course. No one will be saved.

The BJP president said that the caste conflict

Similarly, BJP state president Bhupendra Chaudhary termed it as a caste conflict between the MP and the MLA. A copy of the FIR registered regarding this incident has come to light. In this the police have told the entire story of violence in Sambhal. It tells how people were instigated. It has been said in the FIR that the MLA’s son was in the middle of the crowd and was shouting that no one should escape from here. The police have written in this FIR that the crowd was shouting that they would not allow the survey of the mosque to take place at any cost.

7 cases registered against the accused

In this case, the police have registered a total of 7 FIRs. In one of these cases, SP MP Zia ur Rehman Burke has been named as the main accused. Similarly, SP MLA’s son Suhail Iqbal came second among the accused. In addition to them, another 2,750 people are accused in this case, so far the police have arrested a total of 27 accused. Of them, 24 defendants have been sent to prison. Because they are minors, three accused have been sent to the children’s shelter. It has been said in the FIR that the SP MP and the MLA’s son instigated people to take political advantage.

Police wrote in the FIR that the crowd pelted stones around quarter to nine on Sunday morning. During this time, the miscreants had looted the magazine of a sub-inspector’s pistol. Police wrote in the FIR that information was received about a crowd gathering at Nakhasa intersection. With this information, Inspector Nishant Malik reached there, but the miscreants pelted stones at the police team. According to the FIR, the mob had come armed with sticks, bricks and stones. The police officers were attacked with intent to kill.
