According to information, Congress may not get the deputy CM post in Jharkhand but it will definitely get 4 ministerial posts. The most discussed names for the four-minister post may include Rameshwar Oraon, Deepika Pandey Singh, Irfan Ansari and Anoop Singh and Shweta Singh. In this regard, the first three leaders had also been ministers in the previous Hemant Soren government. There is a fight within the party over the fourth name.

Anup Singh and Shweta Singh are in trouble

Anup Singh comes from Dhanbad, belongs to the upper caste and Rajput community. He is the son of Rajendra Singh, an old, large and influential family with a strong control of union politics. On the other hand, Shweta Singh is the daughter-in-law of the great Bokaro leader Samaresh Singh. She is from the Youth Congress, she lost the last elections by fewer votes and won for the first time. Now the high command has to approve one of these two names.

In the Jharkhand Assembly elections, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha led by Hemant Soren won 34 seats. In a state with 81 assembly seats, the Congress had to be content with just 16 seats. RJD has 4 seats. While the BJP has managed to win 21 seats. AJSUP and LJPRV have one seat and CPIML has 2 seats.
