Mukhtar Ansari’s wife Afsa Ansari is absconding and several cases have been registered against her at Ghazipur police station. The Ghazipur police have also announced a reward for Afsa Ansari for non-appearance in those cases. At the same time, the police have attached Afsa Ansari’s property, which is apartment number 1402 in Chelsea Tower in Lucknow’s Vibhuti Khand. The Ghazipur police reached Lucknow and took action to seize it. The estimated price of this flat has been estimated at Rs 2 crore.
The seizure team took action under the supervision of Naib Tehsildar. During this time, it was also announced that if anyone claims rights over the property, he can register his objection in Ghazipur district magistrate’s court within 3 months.
