Bollywood actor Annu Kapoor alleged that the makers of the film Chak De India were trying to shoehorn in some kind of “communal narrative”. He said that for this the creators deliberately changed the religion of the main character and made him look like a Muslim. He said that Shahrukh Khan’s main character Kabir Khan was based on famous Indian coach Mir Ranjan Negi.
