Since the grand victory of the grand alliance of BJP, Shiv Sena and NCP in the assembly elections held in Maharashtra, the discussion on who will be the next Chief Minister of the state continues. According to information, there is a dispute between BJP and Shiv Sena regarding the post of CM. Now, amid the ongoing tussle for the CM post, Eknath Shinde has taken a big decision. Shinde has ordered all Shiv Sena MLAs to return to their respective assembly constituencies.
Why was it returned to the MLAs?
In fact, after the election results, all Shiv Sena MLAs were immediately called to Mumbai. Shiv Sena MLAs have been staying at the Taj Land Hotel in Mumbai since November 24. During this time, Shiv Sena MLAs also made efforts to lobby the BJP for the CM post. But as no decision has been taken yet on the post of Chief Minister, all MLAs have been asked to return to their constituencies.
When will the swearing-in take place?
Eknath Shinde’s party Shiv Sena has asked all party MLAs to be ready to return to Mumbai as soon as more requests are received. According to the information received so far, the swearing-in ceremony of the new government in Maharashtra could take place in the first week of December.
