There is good news for the candidates who cleared the PET 2023 exam in UP. Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued a recruitment notification for 2702 Junior Assistant Posts. The application process for these posts will start from December 23, 2024 and will extend until January 22, 2025. The application will have to be made online by visiting the official website of the Commission, upsssc.gov.in.
Of the total posts, there are 1099 posts for General category, 583 for SC, 64 for ST, 718 for OBC and a total of 238 posts for EWS category. Candidates can apply for this recruitment on or before the last date prescribed as per the official notification issued.
Eligibility Criteria for UPSSSC Junior Assistant Recruitment 2024: What is the qualification sought?
Candidates who have passed the 12th board exam and have passed the PET 2023 exam and have a valid scorecard. You can apply for this recruitment. Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old. Reserved category candidates will also have the upper age limit relaxed as per government norms.

UPSSSC Junior Assistant Recruitment 2024: How will the selection be done?
Applicants for the Junior Assistant posts will be selected through written examination and typing test. 100 multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam, in which 30 questions will be asked on knowledge of Hindi and writing ability, 15 on general intelligence test, 20 on general knowledge, 20 on computer and information technology and 20 questions related to general UP information. . All questions will have 1 point each and a fourth point will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
