Violence broke out during the poll at Jama Masjid in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. So far 27 accused have been arrested in the case. Apart from this, there are two young characters in this whole controversy, one of whom has given the order and the other has enforced it. The one who will issue the order is Justice Aditya Singh and the one who will implement it is CO Anuj Chaudhary.

Who is Aditya Singh?

Let’s talk about Justice Aditya Singh first. Aditya is posted as a civil judge in Sambhal. Aditya Singh, born on November 11, 1988, resides in Muzaffarnagar. He joined Judicial Service on June 13, 2018. He was promoted as Civil Judge on November 18, 2023. Before Sambhal, he was posted in Saharanpur and Bijnor.

In July 2022, Aditya Singh was transferred to Chandpur, Bijnor. On November 21, 2023, he was appointed civil judge in Chandausi Sambhal. His own court had ordered recognition of Jama Masjid. The order was given after hearing a petition claiming that in 1526 a temple was demolished to build a mosque.

Meet Anuj Chaudhary

Anuj Chaudhary is a DSP rank officer. He is posted as CO in Sambhal. Anuj was recruited into UP Police for sports quota. It has increased India’s prestige in international wrestling. He has also won many medals in wrestling for the country. Anuj Chaudhary, who received the Arjun award, is known for his fitness. Anuj is a resident of Baheri village of Muzaffarnagar. He won two silver medals at the 2002 and 2010 National Games and two bronze medals at the Asian Championships.

Anuj Chaudhary was also injured during the violence in Sambhal. They shot him in the leg. One of his statements also went viral. He said the police also have the right to self-defense. Police officers have not joined the police to die. In the viral video, Anuj Chaudhary is also seen saying that police officers also have children and families. He asks if we are not a family of police officers. Anuj Chaudhary says in the video that first you have to see what the situation was like in Sambhal for 4 to 6 hours.

Report sent to CM Yogi

Meanwhile, information has also come to light that the police and the district administration have sent a report to CM Yogi regarding the violence in Sambhal. The government had sought a report from the district administration. The police and district administration have submitted the report with full details to the government. The report mentions the arrival and departure of the survey team, when and how the violence began. The report contains details about the crowd and at whose instigation the violence began. After the violence, details of how and what action the police and administration took against the violent mob are available.
