Ajmer: The court accepted the plea of ​​the Hindu side stating that there is a Shiva temple at the site of Ajmer Sharif Dargah. In the Dargah dispute case, Civil Court (West) judge Manmohan Chandej found the petition worthy of hearing. According to information, in the petition claiming that Ajmer Khwaja Garib Nawaz Dargah is a Shiva temple, it has been said that before the Dargah, there was a Shiva temple here. The petitioner has submitted evidence related to this before the court.

According to information, the court accepted the petition in the Dargah dispute case filed by Hindu Sena national president Vishnu Gupta. In this regard, the court has ordered notice to the interested parties and has set December 20 as the date of the next hearing. In this case, Vishnu Gupta had raised issues related to Dargah and sought legal intervention.

He has said that this matter is related to religious sentiments and social harmony, for the solution of which the intervention of the court is necessary. After the court accepted the lawsuit, this matter is being examined more seriously. The court has notified the interested parties and directed them to present their views. Where the arguments and documents of the parties will be presented.

Hindu Sena national president said this

This controversy has given rise to widespread debate at a social and religious level. The national president of the Hindu Sena says that this matter is related to the religious beliefs of the Hindu society, while there has been no official response from the Dargah representatives yet.
