New Delhi: Ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections, political uproar regarding unauthorized colonies has started once again. In this sequence, today the LG of Delhi has taken a big decision and has ordered to complete the survey work of unauthorized colonies within a month.
LG directed to complete this work within 1 month under PM UDAY scheme. In this regard, LG has ordered DDA to form 10 teams. Three IAS officers and 22 SDA officers have also been deployed for this work. While setting up a camp, an order has been given to complete this work as soon as possible through the single window.
Let us tell you that there are more than 1700 unauthorized colonies in Delhi. In which more than 40 lakh voters live. The issue of unauthorized colonies may become the most important issue in the Delhi Assembly elections.
