Ambala News | Ambalá. A poster making competition on the theme of eradication of violence against women and child marriage was successfully organized today at the Gandhi Memorial National College in Ambala canton. This program was organized under the guidance of College Principal Dr. Rohit Dutt and Program Coordinator Dr. Pinky Gupta.

The main objective of the competition was to raise awareness about the importance of Women’s Helpline 181, Children’s Helpline 1098 and Emergency Response System 112. A total of 23 students participated in this competition and tried to raise awareness about these essential services through your creativity.

Dr. Neha Aggarwal, Dr. Trupti Sharma, Prof. Ritika and Prof. Jasmita Handa also registered their presence in the program and inspired the students to participate in such competitions in future as well.

Principal Dr. Rohit Dutt while addressing the students inspired them to actively participate in such activities to bring positive change in the society. The competition was a commendable effort by the university, which contributed significantly to raising awareness about the importance of emergency services and eradication of violence against women and child marriage.
