Vijay Kumar, a resident of Bhagwanpur Manjhariya village in the police station area, had gone to call his father, Sitaram Nishad, 54, who was tending vegetables in the field, for food. Where, upon seeing his father’s state, the ground at his feet slipped. Father Sitaram Nishad was lying on the cot and foam was coming out of his mouth. When the relatives found out about this, they also came to the scene crying. Police reached the spot after getting information and took him to the hospital for treatment. Where doctors declared him dead. The deceased was posted as a sweeper in Ramnagar block. Katka police station chief Vivek Verma said appropriate action will be taken after the prime minister’s report comes and no complaint has been received yet.
