According to information received from the police, a wedding procession from Gorakhpur had reached a guest house located on Cinema Road in Pathardeva Nagar Panchayat, Tarkulwa town. The young man who was beaten had come to this wedding procession with the wedding guests.

According to information, the young man, in a drunken state, missed the wedding procession at night and arrived at a man’s house in the adjacent district number 5 of Kuchaya and started knocking loudly on his door. In such a situation, when the person opened the door and saw the unknown youth, he started shouting ‘thief, thief’. A robbery had occurred in the area the day before. Hearing this noise, a large number of people from the pavilion gathered.

The young man was tied to a post and beaten.

The neighbors first caught the young man, then tied his hands and feet to an electric pole with a rope and began to brutally beat him with sticks and kicks. Some people asked the young man about him, but since he was drunk, no one could understand what he was saying. Someone made a video of the beating of a young man and it went viral on social media. Someone also reported this matter to Tarkulwa Police Station. In such a situation, the police arrived at the scene and rescued the young man and took him to the police station.
