Relatives accused him of killing at the police station
The deceased's uncle Ramdutt Pandey said that on Friday, the Chinhat police station had brought Mohit Pandey and his brother to the police station under Section 151 in connection with the Deva Road assault. During this, he alleged that he was killed during the night at the behest of some leader and that in the morning, on the pretext that his health was deteriorating, he was admitted to Lohia Hospital for treatment. When doctors declared him dead, his family members were informed. Apart from this, he said the police did not allow him to meet anyone at the police station. Furthermore, his brother is still detained at the police station.
