Meerapur by-election: Lok Dal candidate Mithlesh Pal spread bag and asked for votes, said this is not mine, general public ticket – Meerapur by election Lok Dal candidate Mithlesh Pal spread bag and asked for ntc votes

For the by-elections to be held in Meerapur assembly seat in Muzaffarnagar district, the NDA’s Lok Dal has fielded BJP leader Mithilesh Pal as its candidate. So resentment was also seen among the local workers, because there was also talk of a long list of tickets for Lok Dal. It was believed that after giving the ticket to the BJP leader, mutual resentment had arisen between the Lok Dal and the BJP leaders in Muzaffarnagar.

While no statement has been made from any Lok Dal or BJP leader regarding this mutual resentment, the Rashtriya Lok Dal had called a workers’ conference today.

On this, candidate Mithlesh Pal first greeted all the workers with folded hands. While addressing the workers from the stage, Mithlesh Pal even extended his bag. He said, forgive your sister and fill out the ticket on the 13th of the voting day, this ticket is not mine, this is the general public’s ticket. It is a ticket for the entire society. There is a ticket for each house. All I want to say is that you take your sister’s place in such a way that people continue to see that Meerapur and people of all communities have made me win.

During this time, when Mithlesh Pal was asked if he could ask for votes in the form of rice by spreading his bags, he said that this tradition has been going on for centuries and people not only from the village but from the entire district used to gather and give rice at sister’s marriage. Therefore, the situation is the same even today. Due to which not only people from all sections of society but also people from Muslim society will support their sister in the form of Bhaat.
