If you want to avoid the poison of adulteration, you can make tasty Gulab Jamun with curd at home. Gulab jamuns made with paneer are very soft to eat. You may have never tried juicy and tasty Gulab Jamun before. If you eat one Gulab Jamun, you won’t be able to avoid eating another one. Get to know the easy recipe to make Gulab Jamun with Paneer.

There are two ways to make Gulab Jamun with Paneer. One is to make Gulab Jamun with just Paneer and the other is to make Gulab Jamun by adding some Mawa to Paneer. If you don’t have Mawa then no problem, today we tell you to make Gulab Jamun with only Paneer. Tell us what things you need for this?

Ingredients for Paneer Gulab Jamun:

250 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup sugar, oil for frying gulab jamun, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/6 teaspoon salt, 2 cups water.

Paneer Gulab Jamun Recipe:

First step- First, we crush the cheese well with our hands. Put the cheese in a bowl and mash it so that it is smooth as a dough. Now add flour, 1 pinch of salt, baking powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the paneer. Mix everything.

Second step- Now make small balls with paneer to prepare Gulab Jamun. Make balls with the prepared mixture and keep them on a plate. Heat oil in a pan and fry the gulab jamuns until golden brown.

Third step- Now add 2 cups of water in a saucepan and let it boil. Now add sugar and prepare 1 thread of syrup. Turn off the gas and add some ground cardamom to the syrup. Now add fried gulab jamuns in the syrup and leave it like that for 2-3 hours.

Fourth step- The very tasty Paneer Gulab Jamun is ready. While serving, add some dried fruit on top and serve. You won’t believe they are eating Gulab Jamun made with cheese. Serve hot Gulab Jamun to guests at your home.
