Rohtak News: Voting today on no-confidence motion against Rohtak Zilla Parishad president

Voting could not be held on October 23 due to DC Ajay Kumar’s deteriorating health.
10 of 14 councilors had met with the DC demanding the vote.
Rohtak News (Aaj Samaj) Rohtak: The decision will be taken today on the seat of BJP candidate and Rohtak Zilla Parishad president Manju Hooda, who contested the assembly elections against former CM Bhupendra Hooda. Last few days, 10 of the 14 councilors had submitted a memorandum to the DC against Manju Hooda. The councilors had demanded that a no-confidence motion be moved against Manju Hooda and that a vote be held. DC Ajay Kumar had decided the day by voting on October 23. But the vote on the no-confidence motion could not be held due to the ill health of DC Ajay Kumar. October 30 was later set for the vote.

While the councilors postponed the date of voting, weapons were also found in the vehicles brought to the Vikas Bhawan ward. Earlier, Zilla Parishad president Manju Hooda and her husband Rajesh Sarkari were also named in the councilor’s son kidnapping case. After the voting was postponed on October 23, when the police checked the vehicles parked at Vikas Bhawan, 5 weapons were found in them. After which the atmosphere warmed. Meanwhile, Amit Kumar, a supporter of President Manju Hooda, was admitted to the hospital injured and accused the councilors of assault.

Manju Hooda had joined the BJP after becoming ZIP president.

Earlier, Manju Hooda and her husband Rajesh Sarkari were also accused of kidnapping councilor Neelam’s son. Which they had both rejected. Let us tell you that President Manju Hooda had contested the assembly elections held this year as a BJP candidate against former CM Bhupendra Hooda. Although she lost. About two years ago, the Rohtak Zilla Parishad elections were held, in which Manju Hooda, who had won for the first time, was appointed president. After becoming president, Manju Hooda joined the BJP.
