This time, the first and eighth Deepotsav were held in Ayodhya after the consecration of the idol of Lord Ram at the Ram temple. All Ayodhya is Rammay. People from all over the country and abroad came here to be part of Depotsav. The grandeur of the festival of lights would fascinate anyone. Regarding this, Prime Minister Modi wrote in a post on social media platform X, Supernatural Ayodhya! This is the first Diwali after Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram is seated in his grand temple. This unique appearance of Shri Ramlala temple in Ayodhya will overwhelm everyone.

Prime Minister Modi wrote that after 500 years, this sacred moment came after innumerable sacrifices and continuous sacrifices and penances of Ram’s devotees. We are fortunate that we have all become witnesses to this historic occasion. I am sure that the life and ideals of Lord Shri Ram will continue to be a source of inspiration to the countrymen in achieving their resolve for a developed India. Hail Siya Ram!

Ayodhya shines with the festival of lights. Two world records were broken on Wednesday on the occasion of the eighth Depotsav on the Saryu coast. 1,121 people performed Aarti together. 25 lakh 12 thousand 585 lamps were lit. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath led the function.
