According to Israeli media reports, Shin Bet and the police have said in their statement that the names of the arrested defendants are Rafael and Lala Guliyev. They are both around 32 years old. There are allegations that the pair worked to gather information about Israeli intelligence missions and the Mossad, and also harassed an academic at a “security think tank” with the intention of harming him.
