• Here you will see the call waiting option, the call waiting option is already activated on some smartphones. You have to disable this call waiting option on your phone.
• After deactivating the call waiting option, you do not have to go anywhere other than the call forwarding option.
• After going to the call forwarding option, you will see two options, these include voice calls and video calls. Select the voice calling option from these two options shown in front.
• Here one of the four options: Click on the Forward when busy option. After this, enter here the number to which you want to forward your call, but note that you have to enter only the number that is turned off.

Now click on Enable option, after this your work will be done, now whenever an unwanted call comes, the phone will turn off for the caller.
