If Balasaheb had been there, he would have shot Uddhav… Why did Narayan Rane give this statement?

BJP leader Narayan Rane

Now there are just a few days left for the Maharashtra Assembly elections. All parties campaign intensely and also attack each other. While addressing an election rally at Kudal in Sindhudurg district, BJP leader and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Narayan Rane launched a major attack on Uddhav Thackeray. While making a controversial statement about Uddhav, he said that if Balasaheb was alive today, he would have shot Uddhav Thackeray.

Narayan Rane said, ‘Shiv Sena chief and Balasaheb’s son say in a meeting that if they don’t want to allow Bakrid into the society, then remove the Diwali lanterns too. I remembered Balasaheb Thackeray. If I had said this he would have shot me, I’m telling the truth. Uddhav abandoned all principles for the CM post.

BJP leader Narayan Rane claimed that 25 MLAs from the Uddhav faction will not win the elections this time. Rane strongly criticized Uddhav Thackeray’s foul language. He said Uddhav uses abusive language, his language does not suit the Thackeray family. They must take care of the dignity of their family. If Balasaheb was alive today, he would have really shot Uddhav.
