The Noida Authority has started preparations to develop the two sectors as a city hub. Facilities like shopping malls, multiplexes, parking lots, hotels, amusement parks, conference halls, offices, banks, etc. will be available here.
The Noida Authority has started preparations to develop Sectors 25A and 32A as the city centre. Facilities like market, shopping mall, multiplex, parking, hotel, amusement park, conference hall, office, bank, etc. will be available here. The section on both sides of the elevated road located on MP-2 will be included in the project.
About four and a half lakh square meters of land is vacant in Sectors 25A and 32A. Previously, all this land was taken by the website builder. The builder’s plan was to build a city center, but it could not be completed. The website builder has now taken over some of the land on it. It has apartments and shopping centers. The authority launched the scheme last year by allocating small commercial plots on vacant land. The plan came up twice, but could not succeed.
Now the authority has decided to prepare it as the city center. According to the authority officials, the entire land will have facilities like market, shopping mall, multiplex, parking, roaming places, hotel, amusement park, conference hall, offices and banks, etc. The authority will now select the architect for this. The architect will prepare a plan, on which the approval of the officials and the board will be requested. Being in the center of the city, this land is already marked in the master plan for commercial use. From here there is connectivity throughout the city. Thanks to this, it will be much easier for people to get around.
Previously there was a plan to create a shopping center.
The Noida Authority had allotted 614,000 square meters of land to the website builder in March 2011. The authority had allotted it while preparing Sectors-25A and 32A. The builder wanted to turn it into a shopping center. There was a plan to connect both sectors by building an underpass under the main road, but the plan remained incomplete. Now about four and a half lakh square meters of land is in the possession of the authority.
The builder requested the return of the land in 2016
The website builder requested the transfer of this land to the authority in 2016. However, due to some obstacles, the action could not be completed. Subsequently, under the Project Settlement Policy, the builder again sought the return of 4.5 lakh square meters of land. Then the authority completed the action to recover the land and took possession of it. Subsequently, the builder got the authority to reassign him land.
