Patna: The teacher transfer policy has been postponed in Bihar. The government took this decision following a ruling by the Patna High Court. In fact, while hearing a petition, the High Court stayed the teacher transfer policy on Tuesday, i.e. today. Following the court order, the government decided to suspend the policy.
The Minister of Education said this.
Bihar Education Minister Sunil Kumar said transfer of teachers has been banned. An official order in this regard will be issued soon. The minister affirmed that the government can modify the transfer policy. If necessary, the government will also come up with a new policy on Dabadal.
