According to the report published in DailyMail, in the video filmed by the boy, he is seen opening the door and moving towards the burning oven. After this, take several puppies out of the bag one by one. In the heartbreaking video, the boy is seen counting at least seven puppies. After this, amid the cries of the animals, he is seen throwing them one by one into the fire.
This incident occurred in the city of Vidal Ramos in the state of Santa Catarina in southern Brazil. According to the report, the boy had made a video of his disgusting act and sent it to his friends on WhatsApp. After the video of the incident went viral, the police began investigating the matter.
It is said that when the video of the incident went viral on October 17, the Santa Catarina Police went into action and a unit was sent to the boy’s house. Speaking to CNN, police officer Armo Senem said that since the video is older, there is no evidence of the incident. But a complaint has been filed with the civil police.
However, it is not known whether the decision to brutally kill the cubs was made by the boy himself or whether he was instigated to do so. Police said the boy is a minor, so he cannot be arrested or charged. But under the Law of Children and Adolescents, social and educational measures can be taken against him.
