Method to make Peanut Chikki
To make peanut chikki, you will need 200 grams of peanuts, 100 grams of jaggery, 1 teaspoon of ghee and 1 to 2 tablespoons of water. To make peanut chikki, first peel the peanuts and fry them well. After this, keep the pan on heat and add the peanuts and fry them on low heat. When the aroma starts to come out, turn off the gas. Now add jaggery and 1 to 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil so that the jaggery melts well. But in the meantime keep stirring the ladle so that the brown sugar does not stick to the pan.
After jaggery melts, add 1 tsp ghee and mix well. When the jaggery and ghee mixture melts well, add roasted peanuts to it and mix well. Mix this mixture well and make a smooth mixture. Now apply ghee on a plate and put this paste on it and spread it in the same way. Now let it cool and you can give it any shape you want. Your delicious peanut chikki is ready.
