The world’s richest industrialist and billionaire Elon Musk has made a big comment about India’s electoral system. Comparing the US presidential election with the Lok Sabha elections in India, he said that India has counted 640 million votes i.e. 64 million votes in one day, but vote counting is still going on in the US state of California .
Elon Musk, owner of social media site X, has given his opinion on his own social media site. In response to a post, Elon Musk wrote: “India has counted 640 million votes in one day, while California is still counting votes.”
We tell you that the votes were cast in the United States on November 5 and 6. Since then the counting of votes has continued there. California is also one of these states. However, in other states of America the counting of votes has already been completed and Donald Trump has been declared the winner of these elections. Trump will now be sworn in as US president in January.

California is still counting votes🤦♂️

However, a fundamental difference between Indian and US elections is that in the US voting is still done through ballots, while India chose EVM for voting years ago.
Another user wrote that India counted 640 million votes in a single day but California is still counting 15 million i.e. 1.5 million votes and it has been 18 days since voting ended.
In response to this post, Elon Musk wrote that this is very sad.

We tell you that on Saturday the results of the elections of two states of Maharashtra and Jharkhand in India were also known, here the votes were also counted in a single day.
Space Elon Musk, who praised India’s electoral system for its intensity, called EVMs “dangerous” in July this year. Elon Musk then stated that electronic voting machines and voting by mail could be “very dangerous” and should be replaced by ballot voting and direct voting.
A few days before making this statement, Elon Musk had said that we should abolish electronic voting machines. The risk of it being hacked by humans or AI is small, but the possibility is very high.
