Qazi Nizamuddin.
On Sunday, the Congress appointed Qazi Nizamuddin as the in-charge of the Delhi Congress unit in place of Deepak Babaria. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has also constituted a selection committee for the assembly elections to be held in Delhi, of which S. Meenakshi Natarajan will be the chairman, while Imran Masood and Pradeep Narwal will be members of this committee.
Mallikarjun Kharge has appointed Nizamuddin in charge of the Delhi Congress unit with immediate effect. The Delhi Assembly elections are expected to be held in February next year.
