University-Specific Application
After you qualify in the GST Admission Test, you must participate in the next stage. Each university under the GST cluster runs its own application process, sets score cut-offs, and allocates seats based on preferences and merit. This phase determines which university and subject you will finally join.
Each participating university opens its own application window during the announced period. Universities use your GST score to decide who can apply, but you must submit a new form for each institution you want to join. If you miss this step, you lose eligibility for that university.

- Visit your specific university and find the admission form.
- Log in using your GST application ID and password.
- Select the desired unit and subjects.
- Upload any additional documents requested by the university.
- Pay the application fee if needed.
- Download the confirmation slip for your records.
Admission And Document Verification
The university verifies your application and publishes the merit list and waiting list. After seat allocation, you must complete final admission at the assigned university. This includes fee submission and document verification. Bring your original certificates, mark sheets of SSC and HSC or equivalent, GST Score Sheet, and photocopies of each document.
